How This Calculator Works
Enter your birth day and month, plus any target year, and the calculator reduces each part on its own before adding them together. Month, day, and year all get reduced separately first, then those three results are summed and reduced once more. Master numbers, 11 and 22, are kept whenever they turn up in that final step and are not reduced any further.
Once you calculate, the result shows the full reading for that Personal Year, plus a breakdown of all 12 Personal Months inside it, so you can see how the year's theme moves through the months instead of assuming it holds steady the whole time.
What Your Result Can, and Cannot, Tell You
A Personal Year number describes terrain, not a guarantee. A Personal Year 4 does not promise that hard work gets rewarded. It means the year favors building and consolidation, so pushing in that direction works with the current instead of against it. What it cannot do is tell you whether a specific decision, relationship, or opportunity in front of you right now is the right one. That still comes down to your own judgment applied to your own situation.
The 9-Year Personal Year Cycle
The cycle runs from 1 through 9, then starts over. Each year has a page of its own below, with the monthly arc and what it tends to ask of you.
Personal Year vs Universal Year
The Universal Year comes from the calendar year alone, with no birth date involved. As an example, 2027 works out to 2 + 0 + 2 + 7 = 11, which reduces to 2, making 2027 a Universal Year 2. That number describes a backdrop everyone experiences together, regardless of when they were born. 2026, the year running now, reduces to a plain 1; 2027 keeps an 11 before it settles into 2. Your own Personal Year sits on top of that shared backdrop and comes from your birth date instead. A Personal Year 4 during a Universal Year 2 plays out differently than a Personal Year 4 during a Universal Year 8, even though the underlying number is the same for you both times. Personal Year vs Life Path Number
Your Life Path number is fixed at birth and describes patterns that hold across your whole life. Your Personal Year changes every calendar year and describes what that particular year asks of you.
