Your Number, From Your Birthday
A Life Path Number is calculated once from the day you were born. It describes patterns in how you tend to move through the world, your strengths, your blind spots, the kinds of relationships and work you find meaningful. It is not a prediction. It is a starting point for self-knowledge.

The Life Path Numbers
Numbers 1–9, plus the three master numbers 11, 22, and 33.
How to Calculate Your Life Path Number
Add the month, day, and year of your birth as separate numbers, reducing each to a single digit (or master number), then add those three together and reduce again. Don't reduce 11, 22, or 33 if they appear along the way.
EXAMPLE, born 7 July 1985
If your month, day, or any intermediate sum hits 11, 22, or 33, stop reducing it. Those are master numbers and they carry their own meaning. (See our guide to master numbers for more.)
Life Path Numbers vs. Angel Numbers
These are two different things people often conflate. A Life Path Number is calculated from your birth date and describes who you are. An angel number is a pattern you notice in your environment that may carry a message for the moment.
A Life Path is fixed. Angel numbers come and go. They can interact, your Life Path may make you more attuned to certain angel numbers, but they answer different questions.
